Dr. Emer Guinan.

Dr Emer Guinan is an Associate Professor in Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship, in
the School of Medicine, Trinity College, with responsibility for building capacity in cancer survivorship research and education across the Trinity St James’s Cancer Institute.

She is co-chair of the Trinity St James’s Cancer Institute Cancer Survivorship Network and co-coordinator of the MSc in Cancer Survivorship. Dr Guinan is a CORU registered physiotherapist and has been working in the area of Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship for 14 years. In that time has been involved in several major cancer rehabilitation and exercise oncology projects nationally and internationally.

She has published over 80 peer reviewed publications in the area and been awarded over €3 million in competitive grant funding.
