Dr Alejandro Berlin

Dr. Berlin’s clinical and research program focuses on genitourinary malignancies, integrating molecular profiling with advanced MR imaging to develop and optimize curative approaches combining systemic therapy, stereotactic radiotherapy, and MR-guided brachytherapy. His work emphasizes innovative clinical trial design and high-throughput genomic discovery to establish robust, clinically actionable image- and genomics-based biomarkers for individualized cancer care. He is deeply committed to transdisciplinary collaboration and has led the clinical deployment of multiple transformative technologies, including virtual and asynchronous care models and artificial intelligence–driven radiotherapy auto-planning. His current efforts center on the development of end-to-end, AI-enabled workflows that automate care planning and delivery, bridging clinical insight, data, and operational execution.
